Retention Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and run action messages, form triggers;
  • Develop new concepts for retention promos;
  • Work with the subscriber base in order to increase the life of the subscriber, ARPU, increase conversions at all stages of sales
  • Development of new sales tools and communication channels
  • Development, implementation and management of direct marketing campaigns using a combination of channels, including email, private messages (email, Telegram, SMS, Push)

Requirements:

  • 2 + experience with saving and activating users (for example, email marketing or retention manager);
  • Understanding the principles of retention management: multi-segmentation, the development of “triggers” to return users, the construction of behavioral models and their use in CRM channels for both new and loyal users;
  • Experience with e-mail, sms, push-notifications, instant messaging services, Whatsapp, Telegram
