We are looking for Operations Manager to join our team.
Requirements:
- Experience within Customer Support, ideally within a team-lead position
- Experience in iGaming would be considered a great asset
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Passion for team coaching and mentoring so as to develop team members and assist them in achieving set performance goals
- Excellent multi-tasker with an excellent eye for detail
- Able to provide a certain level of flexibility in relation to working hours
- English Upper-Intermediate+ is a must
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing the support teams’ performance daily
- Recruitment of new team members
- Reviewing statistics and reports on a day to day operations and make recommendations to optimize the team’s efficiency
- Manage account verification process and ban fraud users
- Handle the cashout process
- Detect system abuse and system failures
- Work closely with other departments such as the Payments, Tech, Marketing so as to solve customer queries
- Ensuring that clients are kept happy and satisfied at all times by providing prompt responses and solutions
- Follow processes and procedures to make sure that available resources are used efficiently
