Operations Manager

We are looking for Operations Manager to join our team.

Requirements:

  • Experience within Customer Support, ideally within a team-lead position
  • Experience in iGaming would be considered a great asset
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for team coaching and mentoring so as to develop team members and assist them in achieving set performance goals
  • Excellent multi-tasker with an excellent eye for detail
  • Able to provide a certain level of flexibility in relation to working hours
  • English Upper-Intermediate+ is a must

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing the support teams’ performance daily
  • Recruitment of new team members
  • Reviewing statistics and reports on a day to day operations and make recommendations to optimize the team’s efficiency
  • Manage account verification process and ban fraud users
  • Handle the cashout process
  • Detect system abuse and system failures
  • Work closely with other departments such as the Payments, Tech, Marketing so as to solve customer queries
  • Ensuring that clients are kept happy and satisfied at all times by providing prompt responses and solutions
  • Follow processes and procedures to make sure that available resources are used efficiently
